Why we built it
Using a strong model should not mean a new SDK, a monthly commitment or a bill you cannot explain. We built Claudech so you can use capable models in the tools you already have, pay only for the tokens you use, and see exactly what every request cost.
The API accepts both the OpenAI Chat Completions format and the Anthropic Messages format, so the OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs, Cursor, Claude Code and most other tools work by changing a base URL. Today that covers 4 models, each with its price published on the models page.
Claudech is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI or any other AI company; their product names are mentioned only to describe compatibility.

How we run the service
Prices you can check
Every response reports its exact cost, and the Usage page lists every request with its model, tokens and price. Requests that fail before the model answers are never billed.
Your prompts stay yours
We do not keep the content of API prompts and responses after a request finishes, and we do not sell personal information.
Pay your way
Pay with PayPal, credit card or crypto. Crypto payments need no identity checks, and purchased tokens never expire.
No lock-in
Standard request formats and standard sk- keys. Moving your code to or from Claudech means changing a base URL and a key.
